The little yakitori place in the Japan pavilion in Epcot has (or had) great ginger ice cream.

They probably still have it - Teppan Edo had it, as I recall (and I would have tried it, or the green tea ice cream, except I was rather full).

Epcot World Showcase in general is a good place to get a fast meal or a snack - the less expensive food is generally pretty good there. Some of the table-service restaurants are as well, but they vary a lot - Marrakech was decent when we were there in 1999, but apparently has gone downhill, and the French pavilion restaurants sound poor. The steakhouse in the Canadian pavilion is supposed to be good.
