this morning i was studying in my apartment and the next thing i knew, i had just stopped. my hands were clasped together and i was praying. i always pray in my head, and just kind of talk to God as if he can read my thoughts. but today was different. without any conscious effort, i began to pray. and i felt it in my heart immediately

i'm not "religious" but i like to think i'm a spiritual person. and this journal entry was really inspiring for me on a deeply personal level, though i can't exactly say why. thank you.
