I keep forgetting to post this. I learned in class that when cooking with wine over an open flame, that if the bottle is almost empty, there is a chance that the alcohol vapor inside may ignite, turning the bottle into a rocket propelled projectile. This is BEGGING to be mythbustered on my day off.
