Filled 4 bags of rubbish and took them to the tip. It was hard but I did it and I didn't sit around for hours thinking I s hold do it before I did it, which is a definite positive as any one who's been depressed will appreciate!

Positivity works for most things I think, eventually anyway :-)

The thing about taking rubbish out as well is it's a form of decluttering and somehow it is easier to be positive and think clearly in a less cluttered environment. My carer was saying that this afternoon. And you got out of the house! :)
