Okay, I am in fact a masochist, because I loved every heartbreaking word in this.

The characterizations are perfect, and GAH, I could picture the whole thing, every single detail of it. Which is like a stab to the heart, really. The relationship between House and Bree is exactly how I imagine he would deal with a kid of his own. Also? I kinda love the Wilson/Bree relationship too. He's a perfect mom hen and you show it easily.
