So I realize that I've been a bit lax in my whole updating process. It hasn't been like busy or crazy or anything, I've just been doing other things that have taken priority over updating my lj. *shrugs* These things happen, I'm sure you all know. I've been working at Baymont and then spending a lot of my free time with Emily. It's v. v. good (

BTW, what are you doing this Hallowe'en weekend?
We're going to Otani's on Saturday for a Karaoke Hallowe'en party, and on Sunday we're going to see "Shock Treatment" (RHPS sequel) in the theatre. And sometime we want to go to the haunted experience, but figured it would be cheaper the more people we have, cause we can car pool. Let me know if any of these festivities sound good to you. You could always bring this "Emily" person along *wink*. You know we'd love to meet her.

I also had some suggestion in mind for ethinc food. One of the girls I used to work with, damn her for getting away from Bed Bath &Beyond (it even sounds ominious) said that the Blue Nile -er Somalian, I believe, restaurant on High was really good.
Other than that. I totally feel the hatred of customer service and am enjoying answering the phone at work and saying, "Thank you for calling Bed, Bath, and Beyond, where we specialize in Bridal and Gift Registries. This is Shalan speaking. How may I direct your call." Oh my god!!!!!! Somedays I just want to tell people to take their broken year old trash can and shove it up their ass.

I'm glad to hear you and Emily are happing and that all is well.
We should all get together sometime, and totally avoid the topic of politics in all ways shapes and forms.
