of cats and toast

Have you ever wondered why toast always lands jam side down? Croquet tells me it's because the jam side is heavier and it will naturally flip over in the air and land with the sticky side down. But what about when it only has a thin coating of butter on it and yet it still manages to fall butter side down? Butter can't weigh it down that much! It ( Read more... )

I'm not a life person.
Though, I'd rather no one take that away, so, you better keep at least 20,000 miles away from me.

Exsqueeze me? I don't remember threatening your life...recently. Whatever was that little outburst of paranoia for?

I can clearly see where all the creative vision in your family has gone. The wisdom of youth is far superior to that which comes with age. ^^

Now, tell me, Mokuba, which would you rather have? Your video games, good clothes, and HDTV, or rats eating all your food and us roaming the streets due to us being starving artists?

Well I would think that the force of both the cat and the toast to land as they should will cause them to break the string or whatever is holding them together. Then they will fall and land as they should.

How many spritzers have you had? And would you happen to have anymore?...

Broken string is a valid design flaw. I'll have to make a note of that. Perhaps duct tape would suffice? It may hold better than string, yet it may not be the most humane alternative unless the cats are hairless.

Of course there are more! I'd love to share a bottle with you sometime my dear.

Maybe but wouldn't the duct tape still hurt the hairless cat when it comes off? It's like a band-aid with it's stickiness only more so. And it may hold (it is very strong) but what if an explosion occurs of such a magnitude that it levels out the surrounding area for the next 2 miles?

Watch out; I may take you up on that offer. I'm not one to tunr down a free drink.

You know what they say, there is no enlightenment outside of every day life. Even the most ordinary things can be put to extrodinary uses.
