from $15. the sales team didn't bring in the amount needed to cover our basic bills. so everyone's pay goes down. i am lucky because i'm hourly, and i went down 33%. everyone on salary went down %50 for the last pay period. it can happen again for these next two weeks. after that we will have to adjust accordingly.

i don't think so. at least for the people on salary, some are getting paid less than minimum wage.
