Ive had really good managers and definately some pain in the ass managers so i know what that feels like. I couldnt believe it this morning when i woke up and it was snowing, it was so nice to see. Then i had to drive in it!

Yes, snow is usually nice to look at and maybe play in, but never to drive in. Ice can be a real bitch!

I worry about dana leaving so early with all of this ice on the road. Its not to bad now but i know its gonna get worse. So what have you been into lately? Are you excited for smallville? What do you think about the new Aquaman show there going to make?

Ice can be tricky. You usually have to just think quick and say your prayers.
I'm always excited for Smallville! I don't know about the new Aquaman yet. Are they going to have the same guy who played him on Smallville? Then I'm not so sure. He was too dopey for me.

Yeah, lovely weather. I think it caused an accident that killed one of our counselors.

I dunno... I think the managerial thing varies from job to job. At mine, the supervisors aren't allowed to be friends with their underlings, because the PTB thinks that it'll undermine their authority. (I don't want to get all buddy-buddy with my supervisors anyway, but...) But they've always been polite (if intimidating sometimes) to me, so. But if you're damning them, I'll damn them too!

Well, it might be similar to what you see in the army - just to not the military's extent..

You have guys who are below the Sergeant rank who say, "I will never act like Sgt. ______. He's such an ass! I'm gonna be a cool Sergeant!"

Then they hit that position and have to be assholes because the people above THEM are getting on THEIR asses.. That's how I always looked at it. :)
