Oh my - I am *definitely* out of shape!
Well, then again, I do live at the top of a rather steep hill, and the 35 km/hr winds were blowing *down* the hill, so I was walking up the incline into decent air resistance - but still! That should NOT have winded me!
Grrrs at self.
But hey - on the upside, I went for a walk today! =P

YAY on the walk hon! I'm glad you finally got out after all my cajoling these past few days lol. Tis good practice for a few weeks from now when you'll be doing LOTS of it. *nods sagely*
