First: RL news =)
I've finished both courses. I received an Honours and a strong recommendation to continue on with the computers specialism, which was very cool ;) I passed the SEN course - I had done honours level work, but had some issues with time management, so she had to give me the pass instead. But hey - I still have the credit, so that's what matters! Next up - Librarianship part 1 =)
Job hunt is going ... not so well. I don't really want to dwell on that. Suffice it to say that there's a fair amount of jobs out there that I could do, but I trained to be a teacher, dammit!
Relay for Life is quickly approaching. I've convinced mom and Suki to join me this year, so that should be even more fun than usual! We're apparently scheduled to man the Timmie's tent. I know - hellooooo Timmie's! LOL Anyway, we've got our volunteers meeting on Thurs, so I'll know more at that point!
The girls have come and gone again. I successfully crossed the Canada-US border 4x, and managed to put approx. 1500km on my car in less than a week's time! Go me ;) Which reminds me, I need to call and schedule my car in for her oil change and to check the brakes. I should do that. *pauses* Right, now have my appt scheduled for Mon am =) As for the vacation itself, I had a great time with the girls =D Cel and Su have been putting up pics over on FB ... I hope to be doing the same shortly as well! And yes, there are lots of anecdotes to share - but I'll have to leave those for another post ... there is a space limit on here eventually, after all! *giggles*
