Sometimes I wonder if when I leave the house, all the bugs come out from their hiding places and have a bug party all over the walls and floors.

Me too. >.<

This has been my first summer in this ground level apartment, and there have been plenty of spiders, but this is the first one of those things I've seen. I hope I don't see anymore. T_T

Yikes, have you been bitten by one? D:
I also hate how fast that kind of bug can be; that's why my heart was racing - I expected it to take off running before I had a chance to smack it. Ack! x_x

when i used to squash bugs, i'd throw my biggest most heaviest book on and let it sit there for two weeks to make sure it was dead.
now tho...somehow i just can't kill anything. if i see a drowning bug i have to go rescue it. no matter how it freaks me out.

I have read on various sites that most bugs found in your house do not find their way in from outdoors, but have likely always lived inside; so although many people think that putting them outside is merciful, it's essentially the same as killing them, just in a slower way.
