yeah well, she didn't or...wasn't defending herself, she was defending me...and she is a girl...not a big 200 lbs guy. so, essentially, it started out with her defending me...then he basically beat her up.

it shouldn't cost us money, although, i did get my hospital bill today...and it's 577 dollars. sooo, if the judge for whatever reason doesn't find courtland guilty...that will be out of my pocket, however, out attorney said that pictures say it all...and that it's a damned good thing we took them. cross your fingers.
