it is really pathetic that your parents wont let you go on wheels. doesn't it look good on your college app if you have traveled all around the U.S. (i don't really know where wheels goes, but i know its in the u.s.) Maybe try writing them a calm email explaining how big of a deal this is to you, and that you will regret it for a looooong time if you don't go. My parents are like that too. They don't realize how much their stubbornness affects us.

about passover, don't let it get to you too much. you have other things to worry about. maybe you will meet new people, like their other guests or something. but trust me, there WILL be more passovers in your life.
