yesterday was the worst day although no one actually died. i don't really want to get into it. i wore myself out crying (and working out) during the day. then i cried some more. i think i understand a lot more of what is going on around here now

That just makes me think of the scene in FaceOff where the Feds are raiding the bad-guy hide-out, so they put head-phones on the little kid while they try to get away. He's listening to 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' while he's watching all the people he knows getting filled with bullets...in slow motion.

But I'm sure what you did was much funnier.
