.. which is when I last posted, what has happened?

The thing that's biggest in my mind is the finishing of Patchwork Sky 5, which also completes that volume and which I've been working on since, oh, November or something. Honestly, 40-page chapters were a mistake! But I'm glad it's done. Here's to the next one XD

Mainly because this format of story can't be too long, and can't have too many sub-parts. I think when I planned it, I thought of different ways of approaching truth - mathematical truth, observation (ie science), philosophy, and engaging the emotions - and the art I picked for the latter is music. If I'd had an art one, it would have been too similar, sorry ;)

I liked your Truth comic ^_^ I would have no idea where to start with a subject like that! o.o;

It was a good day for me to read it actually as I've just finished Sun Fish Moon Fish this morning too! It was quite the page-turner - I loved the court intrigue and mystery :D

From what I can tell through reading it you seem to be enjoying your backgrounds more now? I felt like many of the establishing shots and backgrounds were drawn by someone who was revelling in the challenge of communicating the world her characters lived in. There were definitely a few pages where I stopped just to enjoy the scenery/layouts (I remember especially liking page 4 of Lyre Fish Story :)

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it :)

Sometimes I enjoy backgrounds, sometimes not - it really depends on my mood. Yes, I did like Lyre Fish page 3, it's still one of my favourites from Sun Fish Moon Fish ^^ And I do very much like different worlds, settings and atmospheres. What I dislike is having to do the same background again and again - it gets boring then. But almost anything is a challenge and therefore fun the first time ^^

I really enjoyed your truth comic, it was easy to read but the subject, in spite of being quite complex, was very engaging! I didnt see it as biased either- in fact I saw quite the opposite, in that you explored many different approaches to 'truth', and it was pretty subtle in conclusions ^^ I think I agree with the storyteller too XD
