if you're using gmail, it's caused by a change gmail recently made. people are working on fixing it, but the thing's on gmail's end, so i don't know when/if it'll be fixed.

i've no idea. i watch an lj support community, and the post directly after yours on my friends page basically says "yeah, we know its broken. it's gmail's fault. tell people it's not our problem."

...although i'm now very confused because i just brought up this reply page through gmail o.0
