regular is brewing from tea leaves/a tea bag, like normal. instant tea is.. well, have you heard of instant coffee? it's this powder that you mix into your drink, like making lemonade. it's the worst nonalcoholic drink i think i've ever tasted. i got it for free, otherwise i'd be mad!
