Not that you'll have a lot of option, most likely, but really there's no especially good place to live on grounds if you're not a first year. Bascially all places are a tradeoff between quality of living arrangments and distance. A good local maximum is Bice/German House or one of the Spanish, French or ??? language houses. Other than that ( ... )

Brown. It's too late for this upcoming semester, but you must, absolutely *must* apply for it. I think there's a way to apply as a transfer.

Ah. Good point.

Can you in fact get university housing?

If you can, try getting something along the lines of Bice (German house is a possibility), or the International Residence colleges.

People have nice things to say about Gooch, Dillard and Hereford, but they're pretty far away.

I don't know much about apartments and such.

And if all else fails, I have a couch in my room :-D

The odds are, there are rooms available in Hereford/Gooch/Dillard.

If you want to live in the German language community, they probably have vacancies and you'll be in Bice, which is pretty sweet.
