anyone know an eco-friendly option for disposing of old, broken computer-related equipment? thinking specifically of a printer, a scanner and a monitor that are varying shades of broken - but i have no doubt my house contains a lot more things in that vein, that are at the very least so outdated as to be useless, along with a mountain of cords and ( Read more... )

Best Buy down here has an electronics recycling program. I don't know if they take stuff that big.

(I dunno if I'd suggest taking your computer to the last place though, they might laugh)

but will those places take computer-related things? like i said, i have a broken printer and a broken scanner and a whole box full of cables i don't need anymore... what do you think?
