I think I'm the only person who isn't totally nervous or moved by the fact that I finally get my diploma in four hours, or that 18 hours from now will be the last time I see 80% of the senior class.

Doesn't really bother me, though. The only people I'd miss are the ones I'm taking with me.

I just realized, you've gotta be at graduation right now (6:20pm 6/9/2004) but I just wanted to let you know that it will hit you eventually, maybe not now, maybe when you leave whatever grad party you are going to, but it will hit you. It didn't hit me until a few days afterward, when I didn't go to school on Monday the next week (our graduation was on a Saturday), even though a lot of my still-in-high-school friends were in class. It was one of the creepiest feelings.

Anyway, hope you are having fun sitting in a gym or wherever for 4 hours while every person you've ever met walks one by one across a stage. Best of days!
