my left arm is half as strong too. when i bench, the left side is always lower

double your curl weight next time to 30, and drop it to 15 reps, will help you improve more, and its better workout.

And you can clean more than 75. Sam can clean like 200.

Oh yeah, you didnt do bench.?.?

Yea, he's right. More weight = more mass = bigger muscles.
