Just a note, depending on your torrent client, you can normally choose which files you want to grab in the torrent, and just uncheck the ones you already have. (my experience is with mu-torrent.)

Yeh i know you can do that but it still shows up as say 4GB even though the file is half the size so i'm not sure if it actually takes that long to download or not..
