it'll be okay. i promise. i went through them too...twice. i know they hurt at first, but it will get better.
look on the bride side, there are advantages to braces:
1) you'll have a gorgeous smile when you get them off
2) you get to eat all the ice cream you want
3) extra stops to the 7-11 for slurpees b/c let's face it, they're perfect to have when your going through braces and they taste so good.

i can't think of anymore but if anyone else can that's great.

Aww, Kate, its fine. Dont let people scare you. Its not as bad as people say! You will get used to it soon, and then you wont even know they're on! :D The pain will go away! Advil, and gum...

dont let anyone scare you. Lins was right about the advil and gum. just make sure its sugar free! lol... trust me it will all be worth it in the end. i have had my braces on for two years and it seems like i just got them on yesterday...time flies doesnt it?
