So I said I’d do this about... oh a few months back? Something like that. I was going to, really! ...And then I forgot, thankfully listening to Queen reminded me of a few things.
-Kuhn doesn’t really drink heavily; he did it once at a party and regretted it. Out of guilt, he stayed with the girl for a few weeks until she dumped him. Probably by that time though, he was slightly attached, as is his habit with anybody who really shows him affection.
-He’ll never really ask for Pi’s info, deep down he knows it’s a lost cause and he doesn’t want to blow everything for something he knows will never happen.
-He lives in a smallish place, namely a “1dk” for those of you who know the abbreviations for Japanese apartments. He could’ve gone for a 1k or a 1R and saved a little extra, but he really wanted a separate room, and he wanted to have enough space for a largish bed.
(Example for a 1dk:

-Even if he claims he got the bed for his future love~, he also just plain enjoys not having to curl up when he sleeps. He also sets the bed up so he can look out the window when he wakes up.
-Kuhn got into Queen by pure accident. He heard one of their songs in public and it stuck in his head, after he downloaded it and read the lyrics, he became a moderate fan. After hearing “love of my life”, he ended up downloading a lot more of their music.
-On that note, he adores singing, even though he knows he’s not good at it. He’ll also sometimes try to get his date onto the dance floor, just to have a good excuse to dance without the other guys mocking him for wanting to get out there almost as much as wanting to pick up a girl. (He does have a sense of rhythm and knows a few moves, so he’s not horrible at it when he wants to be, but if he’s not with someone, it’s just about going with what feels right at the moment)
-There’re three songs he sings differently then his normal “dear god a karaoke bar would reject you” way, and all of them are by Queen.
-He sings “Love of my life” a lot like you’d imagine a lovesick cat would, were they to possess human vocal abilities. The term “plaintive” borders on being pretentious, but it’s the closest thing that works.
-Kuhn belts out “The show must go on” like it’s almost hurting him a little to sing it, but also at the same time he’s drawing a weird strength from it, it’s his motto song.
-For “Who wants to live forever” though, he takes the time to sing it right, and he doesn’t really have a bad voice on it. It’s mournful and there’s a lot of bitterness at himself that ends up getting included, he’s just about as honest as he gets when he’s doing this one and it’s probably made more then a few people feel awkward about listening to it.
-As one might’ve guessed, when he gets started performing, Kuhn tends to forget there are other people in the room. He’s more of a music fan then people might assume, and if there’s anything that can put him in his zen spot, that’s it.
