[ The feed cuts on. Not with Peony's beautiful, charming face, but instead with the rather derp expression of one psyduck. It pretty much fills the whole screen with that horrible herpderp expression of it. And yes it's making noises.

Peony finally comes into focus as the screen moves back to him. ]

That's just the way it is - maybe it's attracted to you, though.

Does it? That's a good suggestion, so Peony reaches into his pocket for the crackers he had snatched earlier. Unwrapping them, unwrapping them, and ... okay okay, psyduck, DO NOT GET SO EXCITED AND GRABBYHANDS.

Peony blinks. Okay fine. He hands it to the duck, then. ] ... He was after my food?

Probably. [he'll admit, that's the first thing that came to mind. Does it really go for it?]

[ See psyduck just sitting there, examining the cracker, still refusing to get off Peony's feet. ] ...Weird. It's just weird.

[guess he was wrong too, then. All them pokémon are so frustratingly hard to predict -- but he'll probably figure it out eventually.] ... Odd.

It probably doesn't even know what it wants... [Peony gives a lengthy sigh, trying to lightly nudge the psyduck off his foot. Off, off, off.. ]

Please tell me the other ones aren't this clueless?

Most of them shouldn't be. [as far as he can tell from the guide, anyway.]

Good... [ And it's still firmly on his feet. PEONY JUST SIGHS AGAIN. ] Any clue how to get it off my feet without hurting it?
