Russian insurrection

I am kinda not buying this whole Russian "insurrection" spectacle. It is weird and things do not quite add up. I don't know what they were doing or trying to do but I don't feel like buying it at its face value. I feel something else is going on.

Agreed, I don't have your understanding of the wider situation but this was surreal. I wondered if it was staged!

Kind of like the fake Ukrainian counteroffensive where they're destined to drive out the evil Russians and take all their land back (including Crimea) that we keep hearing is just around the corner but mysteriously never happens.
