Yeah, Amber probably is. But see, flying is weak to electricity. So if I can get Katsu evolved and leveled up it'd be a bit of an advantage in a tight spot.

Actually, it would be about the same amount of time. I don't plan to level him up too much more, just to be there in case of an emergency. That's also what the TM question was for, in case he doesn't learn an electric attack immediately.
