The split was actually inevitable, yes he was part of it, but most of it was they wanted to do 25 mans far more often than any of the rest of us wanted to--and the person that started the split wanted to be in charge of everything and isn't willing to compromise or share--for once he tried very hard (the other person involved is also incredibly stubborn). And believe me I have considered replacing him, but quite frankly, I don't have anyone that can do it and, as for me doing it--not going to happen. With all the other stuff I have going on, there is no way in hell I'd be able to manage raid leading...I'd like to have a life thank you and my life doesn't just revolve around WoW regardless of what people think.

I did everything I could (and so did most of the others) to try and stop it...but sometimes it's like a snowball going downhill and sometimes the only thing you can do is get out of the way.
