It seems that My body has decided to let Me know it no longer wishes to eat the things I have been eating as normal. I went to bed last night and My body decided to wake Me up with an upset stomach and bile in My throat. It took Me 30 minutes to get back to bed. Cool tea sweetened with honey once the stomach empties seems to patch things up from the throat down. i hope You feel well soon.
