Jeeeeez -_-
*sigh*
I've noticed a pattern in my mom's behaviour. Whenever I need to focus on something, she throws a bunch of shit at me that distracts me completely.
I mentioned to her the other day of how sick I'm getting of school, and she seemed to take it rather well. She seemed supportive ( Read more... )

My classes, like most other college students, end in April. I'm in an 8 month certificate program, so despite the fact that I could continue getting an education towards a B.A. in Business or some crap, I'm likely going to take at least a year off with this Commercial Accounting certificate under my belt.

So basically, I stop going to school, I start paying rent >_<

I still think it would be absolutely hilarious if I moved out on my own before my 22 year old brother did :}

Heck I'm the youngest and first to live on their own, if only temporary. :p My 26 year old brother who has been doing nothing but working for 5-6 years now still lives at home. . .

Why do parents think that taking a year off from school is a bad thing? :{ Silly adults. :p

My brother lives on his own for 4 month intervals... UVic Co-Op program.
He either lives on the University of Victoria campus in the cluster housing or he lives in whatever city he's working in.
He sorta lives on his own, but mom and dad still support him (uses their credit card to buy groceries sorta thing), and this is still, always, his official/legal home, so I don't consider him to be living on his own...
I'm sure my parents do though -_- *grumbles about him being the first born*

Parents have some sort of magic sense for when their children are stressed. And their immediate reaction to their kids doing that is "HEY LETS HERASS THEM ABOUT MONEY ISSUES!!! AAHHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA"
