boo @ power outages! at least it was only 3 hrs tho. I've heard that some places on the island are stuck without power til Monday! D:

we had 14 hours without power today ;(

I can beatcha though. I spent almost a week without power in 1996.
Every once in a while it would pop on and we'd run around running water and flushing toilets n'whatnot for the 2 minutes it was on... then it would go out again.
When our power is out we have no water cause of being on a well.
That in addition to not being able to go anywhere due to 100cm of snow was quite the torture!
