I like Ikea. I go there at least once a month. The food is tasty, and the deals are great. Especially, Ikea prices are ridiculously cheap in China! It's just a shame that I had to wait until I moved to China to finally go to an Ikea

THANK YOU for posting this! My couch is at EOL: it's 20 years old, a fold-out sleeper, and it's pretty much collapsing from the inside. Here, that couch is about $600, and delivery from Tempe is about $60, though there's a store in Centennial, CO that we can check possibly check it out when we go up for the wedding next month. I would also get the dark grey as our dogs will get it looking dirty in no time at all.
Questions: how tall are you, and how well do you fit lying down on it with your head on the arm rest? I have a feeling $650ish will be A LOT cheaper than a couch locally, assuming it's comfortable enough.
You are very welcome! But be forewarned... Chinese IKEA prices are significantly lower than American IKEA prices. To the point where nobody corrected me when I said they probably just took the dollar sign off and replaced it with a yuan sign.
As for the couch, I am six foot tall, and if I rest the deepest point of my skull on the backrest, my feet are still a few inches from the other side. If I bend my toes I can reach it, but I prefer to relax, not stretch. :D
Delivery here is also Y60, and another Y60 if you don't take the item off your shelf yourself. Of course, a three-seater couch is NOT on a shelf you can take it down from, so there's no charge for that extra service. But yes, having spent the entire weekend on the couch, I can verify that it is very comfy! (They do have fold-out sleepers and futons as well, but since I have two beds and there's only me, I didn't even bother looking at those.
If it's comfortable enough, I think the $650 will be an acceptable price. Just have to find a time to evaluate comfort level. The dark color will be a must. And if it's comfortable enough for you as a six-footer, it'll accommodate the two of us and three largeish dogs (three dogs totaling 160 lbs.)
