Heh, I'd love to but I don't know what you have since I don't have the core book.

Off the top of my head though, something to the tune of Putty Limb: Your spell has two parts. First part turns one of your limbs into something that can be deformed as if it was putty or clay, but causes no damage to the owner of the limb. The second part solidifies the limb in whatever shape it is and the limb becomes as hard as (insert your preferred material here). When the spell is terminated the limb flows back into the original shape, possibly causing damage to the owner (IE, I transformed a finger into a key. The spell ended while my 'key-finger' was still in the lock and the finger got crushed as it expanded in the lock.

I like the previous suggestion (though I might call it something more like "cast flesh"). In the vein of fairytale gimmicks, how about an ability that allows a body part to be detached and continue to function for a length of time until reattached or the spell wears out, causing damage to caster? I mean, who hasn't seen a hand wandering around on its own at some point, or an eyeball sitting on a windowsill? ^_^
