Mmmm, it is funny that you feel you'd clash with Gwen, when that is exactly who I think you sound like.

You seem to have a determination (and a little bit of stubborness :-) like Gwen, and you seem to be more a leader than a follower (which Gwen had to be during Jack's absence).

In my humble opinion, I'd say Gwen with a little bit of Tosh mixed in. (and personally my application seems to be going that way as well).
