don't bring your pet to the street fair

At Folsom yesterday, my boyfriend and I found a lost dog. He held the leash while I went to security. By the time I got back with the security person, the frantic owner had reclaimed the dog. But things might not have turned out so well. A huge crowd with a lot of people on pavement on a hot day doesn't seem like a very smart place to bring a pet

Yes that owner should be put on a leash and left on the hot pavement naked mid day. Oh wait, to some folks thats not punishment.
