Has anyone here ordered from the Tori Amos official store before?

I ordered the limited edition Lomo bundle on the 27th February and I haven't received anything. I have tried to contact the webstore through their email countless times and have had no response. Just wondered if anyone else has had any luck with contacting customer service before?

I bought the same bundle last December through the official store, and it arrived in about 3-4 weeks I think. Never tried to contact customer service. I hope your order gets straightened out soon.
