Hey, I totally know what you're going through, but for me, to a lesser extent. What programs are you waiting to hear from/wanting to hear from? This time in our life is very scary, indeed. I've been having anxiety dreams about losing permanent fixtures in my life (a huge fear of mine). Good luck though... things will work out for the best, I'm sure.

I applied to the educational psychology program at NYU. I also applied to be a graduate assistant in the department of residential education. I'd live in housing for free, get a stipend and I would get to continue to be involved in residence life at nyu, which I love. Getting the graduate assistant position will depend on whether or not I get into the graduate program. If I get into the graduate program but don't get a graduate assistant position I may have to defer my enrollment to the gradate program because living in NYC and the surronding area is so expensive. It's kind of confusing...but anyway, I hope that it won't take long to hear from the program. I just really want to stay at NYU because I feel like my work here isn't done. I know I can still really contribute to the community here - academically and residentially. Thanks for good luck wishes...I bet you're psyched for your upcoming interviews and I'm sure you'll kick ass.
