so i came into work yesterday at my normal schedule to find out that we were working 9am-6pm, and the rest of the week 8am-5pm because i'm in training for a new project. oh joy of joys. it's way more technical than password reset which i'm on now. we have to troubleshoot workstations and crap that password reset has to transfer calls for. yay
