Yosuke walked gloomily out of his class and headed for the roof. He had delayed the message to Kazuya Friday night and didn't get a clear answer if he was going to help or not. This weekend was a pretty restless one not knowing what was going to happen but it was time and he would soon find out.

Hoping Cupcake was fine he walked out the door and onto the roof looking in Ichiro's direction. Noticing the bundle of fur in his arms he called out. "My Cupcake your all right." Tears flooded his eyes as he realized the cat was only fine for the moment and until it was back in his arms anything could happen.

Ichiro grinned at the big idiot. "Of course she is all right...for now. Where might your fearless leader be?" he asked in a snotty tone.

Yosuke didn't think Kazuya would show up for a reason as stupid as this was. So he decided to come up with some sort of plan just in case and what he came up with was to wait for the right opportunity, stalling if need be, then do whatever it was he thinks of when the opportunity arises. It wasn't even a half assed plan and gave him a headache trying to come up with idea's. He was screwed.

"I don't know." he said with a heavy swallow.

"I'm right here Yosuke." said the soft voice of Kazuya as he headed towards them. "Sorry I'm a little late the halls were packed But now that I am here Toriyama what do you want from me?" Kazuya gave a half smile in Yosuke's direction before turning back to Ichiro.

"All right." Kazuya yelled in Ichiro's direction. "Knock it off you sick fuck. If you want me on my knees then here you go." he fell to his knees as in overwhelming since of shame washed over him.

After thinking about it he knew that Ichiro wouldn't risk his reputation by threatening to drop a cat off the roof so a tape showing him do it would be blackmailing himself as well. Kazuya knew however that Ichiro wasn't that stupid and probably realized this already. The tape would no doubt not show Ichiro and probably be edited later, probably this very conversation would change, to make Ichiro out as the completely innocent hero. Kazuya had no choice but to do as he was told.

"Good very good. See now we are making progress." Ichiro said pulling the cat back against his chest. "Time to try something else." Ichiro's eyes glittered a bit in hungry. The feeling of complete power over Nakamura was ecstasy. "I want you to admit your defeat. Tell the word that you Kazuya Nakamura is nothing compared to me Ichiro Toriyama. That I outsmarted you and over all I defeated you. I now control you."

Kazuya looked up and opened his mouth but nothing came out. He was starting to break out in a cold sweat there was no way Kazuya could say that. He couldn't admit defeat. "No way you sadistic fuck. Just give him his cat back." he breathed out.

Ichiro's eyes flared in angry as the cat was once again dangling off the ledge. "Watch your mouth you insolent fool don't forget I the one in control. I AM." he yelled before taking a shaky breath.

"Now I'll give you one last chance. Say it!"

Ax looked around from his lunch table it was loud as usual and he thought he heard someone yell. Shurgging he went back to his own meal.

Leo walked up the stairs to the roof lunch in hand. He opened the door and heard Kazuya's yell. With a raised eyebrow Leo debated if he should find them and walk over, or find a comfy spot in the sun and ignore it.

Kazuya is Kazuya after all, so Leo voted for the second idea. Walking over to his normal spot Leo sat down with no interest in interfearing with whatever Kazuya got himself into. After all, who was he to butt in?

Kazuya sighed in relief as he stood up and headed towards Ichiro. As he got closer he smiled and reached his hand out to take the cat.

Ichiro's mind seemed to work in double time but everything else slowed down. Kazuya smiled out of relief, no more like a grin a smug smile. He thinks he won the bastard. Ichiro's mind worked frantically Kazuya outsmarted him played out the game but goes home not damaged at all just satisfied. Before realizing what he was doing he reached out his arm and let the cat fall.

Kazuya acted as a reflex and hung onto the railing trying to catch the cat but he missed. He watched as the cat fell hopelessly to the ground below. "Ichiro, my god, you animal killer." He was still in shock that the older boy was capable of this.

Yosuke had been watching from the sidelines the whole time. He was sure everything was going to be all right. After all Boss-san was taking care of it, but when Cupcake fell and he noticed Kazuya didn't catch her it came crashing down on him. It sounded like a flood in his ears and everything swam in his view. "NO CUPCAKE!" he yelled out in a whinny shriek before everything went black.
