Death and Banishment

Mar 24, 2008 15:26

This has to have been the toughest Easter weekend yet. I went to Lemoore to recover my items still be held by a friend of mines. So I get up there and my car begins to act up. So I managed to get some people to help me out and in the end I managed to make it back down to LA safely, but the car is in need of more work, but this is only a small thing ( Read more... )

*worried hug*

Dan, I am so sorry all these horrendous events have happened to you... and on Easter weekend, no less. I know that a virtual hug must seem like spitting in the wind at this point, but it will have to do until I can give you a tight squeeze of my own.

I feel horribly for you, the parents, and that poor baby girl. Let me know if there is anything at all I can do for you at this point.

I'm surprised the NCSI came after you regarding the marijuana. It wasn't in your direct possession, you didn't own the property where it was found, and I'm certain you'd have passed any drug test they cared to issue. Still, I'm sure that seems like the least of your problems at the moment.

Give me a call and let me know you're alright. I'll be sending you plenty of positive thoughts and loving energy. Take care of yourself.

No, no they didn't go after me for the pot. They wanted a statement from e about the death of the child since I was the first in that terrible state. As far as I know they are not charging me for any of the drug part.

Thank goodness for small wonders then. I was just referring to the portion of your post where you stated that both the bereaved parents and yourself were being removed from the naval base permanently, though upon reading the statement a second time, it seems that action was instigated by the Navy, rather than by any legal organization. I hope they'll let you go back to gather your belongings, at the very least.

I sincerely hope that all the people in that household are cleared of any wrong doing in the matter. While I suspect the NCIS may be investigating for evidence of neglect, the unfortunate truth is that many young infants die every year from a terrifying and mysterious ailment called Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

In any case, all of your friends are here for you and we'll do whatever we can to support you.

Sadly I will not be able to go and grab my things from the base. I'll have to ask someone to do it for me. Once it is off the base I'll be able to retrieve them.

The NCIS are investigating the idea of negligence, but so for they're ruling it out.

At the moment I am trying my best to get passed this but I have been hiding it hard and I will be needed my friends to help me. I feel kind of like this thing is tearing me from the inside out. So hugs will be required. ^^
