First I want to say is, sorry. I may not be giving the man a chance. I have not done much research on the subject since life at this moment is not really concern with winning this argument, but I need to speak this out so I can at least feel I had a word to say. I recommend you watch the speech.
The reason I'm happy is because this guy is miles ahead of our old president and believe it or not, the American president has a huge effect on our country.

Give me more details!!! yes the president has a large effect on our country but that influence is the same as congress and supreme court. If he isn't than the idea of checks and balances are lost and we should call ourselves a Monarchy and not a Democracy.

As for listening to the speech, I have a feeling is it mostly to give encourage and hope to those that have lost it a great deal. If I get a chance I'll sit and listen though ^^.
