actually, yes it is possible to fall in love with a bands music. when i started to listen to hanson it was in 4th grade. and why did i listen to them? because 1) some people liked them because of their pop feel 2)alot of people made fun of them 3)i geniunley liked there sound.
and then they died. and i still listened to everything. the words, the sounds. everything. its a shame because their good songs never got the recognization that it deserved. but, i never gave up on my favorite band. they make me feel wonderful, almost as great as you describe your feelings. and i'll never stop loving them. no matter how much people crack on me, and even if they never make another album again. i am perfectly content with the music they have given me now.
so yes, i know that feeling kind of, though i did begin listening to them because they were popular. but i never gave up. :D
and i dont care if you hate the scene bands....there is still a ticket to fall out boy and you are still going. :-p
