Like, literally.
Seriously though try inserting an oral probiotic. Makes a bit of a mess but works well.

I have tried this before, and while it does work, the pessaries the doctor gave me had a few strains of bacteria that I didn't find in most of the probiotics on the shelves (some strains of streptococcus). I hemmed and hawwed over it for a while, and tried to look online for things that would help, and I came across enzyme therapy which was great, but I forgot my phone and what I was looking for when I got to the store.

The cream looked like what I was looking for, so I took a leap and bought it. When I came home I double-checked and it wasn't what I was looking for actually, but it got good reviews. Seems to be doing the trick, i just have like the WORST dryness!

Eventually I'll check back in with my doctor and get a new pack of the Fermalac that the doctor prescribed, but his pharmacy is kinda far! I just needed something to tide me over until I get back there (in about a month)

Have you been tested for diabetes? One of the symptoms of mine was yeast infections and UTIs all the damn time, but since I got diagnosed 2 years ago, nada.
