This story began eight years ago, when a fluffy, long-haired kitty was adopted from a shelter by her owner. They began to live happily, in peace and harmony, and couldn’t imagine that they would need to be parted in a few years.
The situation is very sad and dramatic: an elderly woman who had saved Jackie fell seriously ill, and will soon be forced to move in with her daughter, whose husband is highly allergic to cats. The whole family is devastated by the situation, and is really depressed and unhappy with the fact that Jackie needs a new home.
Jackie is a quiet and gentle kitty, though she does like to grumble a little sometimes - like a real woman. She knows and remembers what it’s like to spend a long time in a crate, and really appreciates and values freedom and human affection.
She likes to play with a ribbon and meow here and there. But most of the time, like most cats, she is busy sleeping. Occasionally she’ll sit on your lap, but usually prefers to sit beside you. She doesn’t have a tendency to scratch the furniture, and is potty trained of course. She is a healthy girl and has never been sick.
Her current owner is ready to pick up any vet bills down the road, if needed!!!
