For Canadian Thanksgiving, my partner made us:
Protein: Tofurky roast.
Veggies: Onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, garlic, parsnips, ginger.
Marinade: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, oregano, rosemary, touch of mustard, secret ingredients..
Gravy: brown and water..
