okay... so the GRE placed totally screwed me over and i have to pay more now to take the test and hopefully cram it in this month. i looked around online and i can take it on the 29th or 31st, which is still really late but just in time to apply for most grad schools, i hope. except a few that i found with deadlines of dec. 31st and jan. 1st

so are you still graduating this spring, or would you be here for another semester/year? if you are graduating, well, some of my suggestions (like under nutrition for example) might not really help you out too much

i'm thinking pathology sounds really interesting and i don't mind working with dead bodies. :)

i guess my thing is that a job has to challenge me. once a job stops challenging me i get bored and then i end up quitting, this is why working at the ref desk is good for me, you always get different questions and you can promise you will be challenged at some point nearly every day. that's why being a vet/doctor is so appealing to me. 1. you get to save things and 2. it can be challenging. but i think pathology would also be challenging. and two years for pathology is really good.

maybe i'll apply to micro and pathology and see where it takes me? and then depending on how pathology goes.. still apply to vet school in the fall or wait and get the pathology degree in two years and then go DVM. we have a librarian here with 19 degrees, i could be like that.. haha.

ew. i don't really care to be near farm animals. cows are awesome.. from a distance.
