we share our laundry room with 3 other apartments, but only one is actually occupied right now. tonight, i went out there to do laundry and the ENTIRE room was flooded. i looked closer and the top of the water heater is spewing out water. not a big deal, i call emergency maintainence, someone comes out and turns off that water heater, the flooding
