I never update this thing anymore.
Going to Phili Pa next weekend for a 1/2 marathon.
And no I am not running...
That is about it.

Yeah, I'm with you... life is too busy to keep updating this stuff... have fun in PA.
But, I have to ask: If you're not running, why are you going? To support someone? Might be a good story...

She is running it. I will be watching from the sideline sipping my coffee.
