Oh the burning. The pain hurt so good. Testosterone, adrenaline and motivation were making sure that it was going to be a good work out. Crunches followed by Inclined Sit ups with weight. Once the abs are smoked I move on to the free weights to smoke my upper body. I start with Flat Dumbbell Presses and move on to Standing Curls. All is going well
